In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key partners, understanding AVL requirements, and

managing the inclusion process standards.

Pay: $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Work Setting: Hybrid (75%-80% in-office)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring our products are included on key Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs), as well as Utilities and AHJ’s.
• Performs research to identify AVL requirements for energy storage systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and partners to facilitate AVL inclusion.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure compliance with certification and documentation requirements.
• Tracks progress and maintain a database of AVL statuses and submission timelines.
• Works alongside marketing and sales teams to align AVL strategies with company goals.
• Performs all other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; OR Certified or Licensed Electrician.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, or related role.
• Understanding of UL standards (e.g., UL 9540, UL 1973).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
