We currently seek a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sacramento CA. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and consultations with prospective clients in the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Work  Setting: In-office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting potential clients to schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team.
• Ensures seamless communication between clients and sales representatives.
• Maintains and updates CRM systems with accurate client and scheduling information.
• Performs follow-up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and industry events.
• Coordinates with the sales team to optimize meeting schedules and improve client engagement.
• Ensures prompt and professional communication with all prospects.
• Performs all other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and scheduling tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
